Tray 2 - Day 2

Wow! What a difference a day makes! On Wed night (3/10) I switched to my 2nd trays. Can you say OUCH!! It was so tight at first I thought my teeth were gonna crack under pressure. But after a painkiller and some sleep, the next morning was not too bad.. to an extent. My front teeth were sore to the touch and I kept my meals yesterday to soft foods, which killed me because I love crunchy food!

Throughout the day the pain subsided, and by this morning the soreness had abated! This is a good thing because my checkup was this morning and the last thing I need is someone pushing on my poor beat-up gums and teeth. A video about my checkup to come soon...
